The Blessing of the Lord

The Blessing of the Lord

I am blessed.

I am blessed, to be a blessing, so with these I come.

The blessing encapsulates quite a few paradigms of one’s life. In having the blessing of the Lord a few things are known. Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

“ALL THESE THINGS…” What does this mean? The Fruit of The Holy Spirit is one I am thankful for daily. Imagine a fruit that when eaten spills forth out of you “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.”

To be honest, I need not say too much, just that my job is to refer back to the word. It is written, it is written. If I use this as my basis, because I believe what I am reading and speaking, it becomes my reality. A reality in alignment of what God sees me to be. One knows, Matthew 7:7-8 “7.Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8.For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”

In essence my family, friends, homes, vehicles, food is all blessed. Every aspect of my life is blessed, to get technical a term used is the “BaRaKa” it is a spiritual (from which all emanates) blessing and was conveyed under Abraham. These pertain to material goods as well, in heavy excess to provide for the growth of the community and society.

As Jesus said in John 10:10 “…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Psalms 1:3 “He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”

As this is my endeavor, I learn more and more every day about this environment and strive to reach the goals I have set out to reach because when I knock, the door is answered. That’s any question, any question that is formulated in this extremely curious mind of mine.

All verses are out of the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible.
